Packaging analysis
Buildable 3D train-shaped gift box (Rituals Express): rigid-card locomotive (green) + 3 detachable carriages with curved roofs, Christmas illustrations (translucent window effect), a desk-display calendar. Ships flat; the consumer assembles it per the diagram: roofs and locomotive are die-cut creased pieces, folded along the creases into an arc and slotted into the base by number (the official FAQ includes an assembly video); each carriage has 24 numbered small doors/windows in total across both sides. Green locomotive + festive red/gold carriages.
Frequently asked questions
Are playset calendars suitable for mass production?
Yes, but assembly labor is the cost driver — budget it explicitly. Pre-folded, slot-together parts without glue keep it viable.
What age/audience fits this structure?
Families and kids' brands; also corporate storytelling (a factory, a campus). The scene is the message.
