Packaging analysis
3D ski-town pop-up tray: natural and deep-green paper cabins, cable cars and snowy mountains slotted onto a deep-green base tray; the most complex custom-shaped slot-together structure in the range — worth disassembling for prototyping.
Frequently asked questions
Are playset calendars suitable for mass production?
Yes, but assembly labor is the cost driver — budget it explicitly. Pre-folded, slot-together parts without glue keep it viable.
What age/audience fits this structure?
Families and kids' brands; also corporate storytelling (a factory, a campus). The scene is the message.
